  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 chopped celery stalk
  • 3 cloves, minced garlic
  • 14 ounces canned diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups cooked white rice (optional for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, and oregano.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
