  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Clean the oysters thoroughly and ensure there is no grit or shell pieces. Pat them dry with a paper towel and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, hot sauce, paprika, and Cajun seasoning until fully combined. Set aside.
