  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 3 pieces garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.75 cup creme fraiche
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Lightly dredge them in flour, shaking off the excess.

In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat until hot and bubbling.
