Ingredients

  • 240 ml Greek yoghurt
  • 30 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 large Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing all the ingredients. Mince the garlic, chop the fresh dill and parsley finely, and juice the lemon.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine 240 ml of Greek yoghurt with 30 ml of extra virgin olive oil. Whisk together until smooth.

Step 3

Add 15 ml of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey to the yoghurt mixture. Whisk again until the honey is thoroughly incorporated.

Step 4

Stir in the minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill, and 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley.

Step 5

Season the yoghurt dressing with 0.5 teaspoon of salt and 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

Step 6

Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. You may add more lemon juice for tanginess, or more honey if you prefer a sweeter dressing.

Step 7

Transfer the dressing to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Step 8

Before serving, stir the dressing again and drizzle over salads, use as a dip for vegetables, or pair with grilled meats as desired.
