  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh basil leaves, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool completely.
