Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 pieces Small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 0 Hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
