Ingredients

  • 300 grams Fresh spinach
  • 200 grams Cream cheese
  • 100 grams Feta cheese
  • 2 units Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 2 units Puff pastry sheets
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 batch Egg wash (1 egg whisked with 1 tablespoon water)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Wash the spinach thoroughly and pat dry. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Step 3

Mince the garlic cloves and sauté them in the olive oil for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
