Ingredients

  • 1 small White onion
  • 1 medium Jalapeño pepper

  • 1 large Lime
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the tomatoes, jalapeño, and cilantro under cold water to remove any dirt.

Peel and chop the white onion into quarters and set aside.

Remove the stems from the jalapeño and cut it into halves. If you prefer a milder salsa, remove the seeds.
