Ingredients

  • 200 grams smoked salmon
  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dill
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Add smoked salmon to the bowl of a food processor and process until finely chopped.

Step 2

Add cream cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper to the food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in boiling water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
