  • 200 grams Cream cheese
  • 200 ml Heavy whipping cream

  • 150 grams Graham crackers
  • 75 grams Unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Directions

Step 1

In a food processor, crumble the graham crackers into fine crumbs.

Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, then mix it with the graham cracker crumbs until well combined.

Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch baking pan or individual serving glasses to create the dessert base. Chill this in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
