Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium-low and add unsalted butter. Stir until melted.
