Ingredients

  • 4 medium fresh peaches
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 unit large egg
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated.

Step 3

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Bake it in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.

Peel the peaches, remove the pits, and slice them into thin wedges. Set them aside.
