  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside to rest.
