Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
