  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the chicken broth in a small pot over low heat and keep it warm.

In a large skillet or saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced pancetta and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the pancetta with a slotted spoon and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
