Ingredients

  • 24 pieces Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 1.25 cups Nutella
  • 0 optional Chocolate shavings or hazelnuts (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the crust by crushing the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.

Mix the crushed Oreos with the melted butter in a medium-sized bowl until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Step 3

Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer. Use the bottom of a glass or measuring cup to compact it. Place the pan in the fridge to chill while you prepare the filling.
