Ingredients

  • 500 grams Button mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil

  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 100 grams Mayonnaise
  • 100 grams Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Chives

Directions

Step 1

Clean the button mushrooms with a damp paper towel, removing any dirt. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for approximately 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and most of the moisture has evaporated.
