Ingredients

  • 1 large Cauliflower head
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chives, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Remove the leaves and core from the cauliflower, then cut it into small florets.

Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

In a large pot, bring about 2 inches of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.

Place a steamer basket in the pot and add the cauliflower florets.
