  • 1.5 cups Heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the seed. Dice one mango and set aside for garnish. Slice the remaining mango and place in a blender.

To the blender, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and lemon juice. Blend until you achieve a smooth puree. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. Reserve this mango puree.
