  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
