  • 1.25 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1.5 cups Rice
  • 3 cups Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt (for rice)

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
