Ingredients

  • 32 ounces Frozen hash browns (shredded)
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 stick Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 medium Yellow onion (finely diced)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 cups Corn flakes (crushed)
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter (melted, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter and set it aside.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter (1 stick), garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until fully mixed.
