Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh green beans
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 100 g mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Wash and trim the green beans. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes, until they are crisp-tender and bright green.
