Ingredients

  • 300 g penne pasta

  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
