  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup (grated) Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon (or to taste) Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon (or to taste) Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped, for garnish) Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Cut the leeks lengthwise, rinse them thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or grit, then slice them into thin half-moon shapes.
