Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian herbs
  • 12 ounces Fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
