  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
