  • 3 cups Granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup Butter
  • 0.6667 cup Evaporated milk
  • 12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 7 oz Kraft Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Line a 9x9-inch pan with aluminum foil, making sure to extend the foil over the edges for easy fudge removal later. Lightly grease the foil with butter or cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large heavy saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Once boiling, reduce the heat slightly and continue to cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring continuously. The mixture should be thickened and reach about 234°F (soft ball stage) on a candy thermometer.
