Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 ounces Baby bella (cremini) mushrooms, sliced
  • 14 ounces Canned artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
