  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 medium chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a boil over high heat. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.

Season the chicken breasts with 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
