  • 2 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 pieces garlic cloves
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 12 ounces penne pasta
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Reduce the heat to medium.
