Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest. Set the pasta aside.

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
