  • 500 g chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 400 g canned tomatoes, crushed
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 piece lime, juiced

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Step 2

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and starts to brown.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the onion, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
