  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 medium Sweet apple (such as Honeycrisp or Gala), diced
  • 1 4-ounce can Green chilies, canned and diced
  • 1 15-ounce can Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cups Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add them to the pot and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
