Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 450 grams Cheese ravioli, fresh or frozen
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain, then crumble into small pieces. Set aside.

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook the chicken over medium-high heat, about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden and fully cooked through. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
