  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 8 ounces cremini or button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
