  • 250 grams Mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.

Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
