  • 1 lb Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 0.25 tsp Paprika
  • 0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, cut the chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces. Season them with salt and black pepper.
