Combine the frozen cherries, coconut kefir, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk in a high-speed blender.
Blend on high until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the blender if necessary.
Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup.
