  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 0.5 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, finely chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, for garnish
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Place the eggs in a single layer in a large pot and cover them with cold water, at least 1 inch above the eggs.

Bring the water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover the pot, remove it from the heat, and let the eggs sit for 10-12 minutes.

Step 3

Drain the hot water and transfer the eggs into a bowl of ice water to cool for at least 5 minutes.
