  • 6 ounces Blueberry-flavored gelatin
  • 2 cups Boiling water
  • 1 cup Cold water
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces Whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish to form an even crust. Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling.

Step 2

In a large heatproof bowl, dissolve the blueberry-flavored gelatin in boiling water. Stir for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved. Add the cold water and stir to combine. Set the gelatin mixture aside to cool slightly but not set.
