  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss the chopped broccoli, carrots, red bell pepper, and onion with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Spread them evenly on the sheet.
