Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 8 oz Lump crab meat
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp Hot sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break it apart too much.

Step 4

Add garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir well to distribute the seasonings evenly.

Fold in 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, reserving the remaining portions for topping.
