  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 cloves Minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts with salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for 2–3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
