  • 450 grams asparagus
  • 200 grams frozen peas
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 cups breadcrumbs

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and cut the stalks into 2-inch pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl along with the frozen peas.
