  • 2 tablespoons Water (optional, to thin the dressing)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the apricots by washing them thoroughly, removing the pits, and dicing them into small pieces.

Step 2

In a blender or food processor, combine the diced apricots, Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3
