Ingredients

  • 16 pieces large button mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Carefully remove the stems and set them aside. Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet.

Chop the mushroom stems finely.
