Ingredients

  • 4 Whole grain bread slices
  • 120 grams Cream cheese
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Chives
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Start by finely chopping the cucumber and grating the carrot. Set both aside for assembling the sandwich.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, fresh dill, chives, red chili flakes, black pepper, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each of the 4 slices of bread.
