Ingredients

  • 10 bars Kit Kat bars
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.3333 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for garnish, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.

In a food processor, pulse Kit Kat bars until they form fine crumbs. Alternatively, place them in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Melt the butter and mix it with the Kit Kat crumbs until thoroughly combined.
