  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.3 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Water
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.3 cup Granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 0.5 cup Mini chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 3

Add the vegetable oil, vinegar, vanilla extract, and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth and fully combined. Set the batter aside.

In a separate medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, egg, and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
